Hairora Subscription Policy

Some items in our store are offered as a subscription. This policy lays out how subscription purchases work and how you can change or cancel them.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription frequency that you select at checkout. Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries.

Subscriptions automatically renew every 30 days unless you cancel. If you don't want to renew, you can cancel at any time.

To cancel or change your subscription, please contact our support team at orders@hairora.co. Cancellation requests must be received at least 24 hours before your next scheduled shipment to avoid being charged for the upcoming order.
